IF SOMEONE CANT MAKE HIS MIND UP IF HE WANTS TO BE MORE THEN A FRIEND TO YOU THEN YOU SHOULD TAKE THINGS SLOW AND FIND OUT IF THIS PERSON IS INTERESTED IN HAVING A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU AND IF BY SOME CHANCE THAT YOU FIND OUT HE DOESNT THEN AT LEAST YOU KNOW AND YOU CAN MOVE ON NAD

I would say when it comes to guys if he can't make up his mind, then he prob. does not want to be more then friends he just doesn't have the guts to tell you. Just leave it alone.
