17 or 18. Think of it this way. When is the absolute earliest I would want to have the responsibility of a mother? Then, even 17 or 18 seems too young. Whatever you do, don't regret the people you sleep with. BTW, you won't be marrying the guys you meet at 14. (or 15, or 16, or 17, etc.) They shouldn't have the privilege of ending your virginity.
BTW again, oral and anal sex STILL COUNT AS SEX. If you have either of these, you will no longer be a virgin. Don't let any young punk try to tell you otherwise.

If I was your mom- I would tell you 35 - but I am not, but I can tell you that 14 is wayyyy too young. Most people don't start even dating seriously until they are of driving age. In this day and age, you need to take it slow, and show respect for your body, and say No- it can wait, and if they really love or like you, they will wait too!

When you feel you are emotionally ready.
You need to be educated about the STD's and how you get them.
Don't trust anyone, nowadays women should still get tested for STDs because married men and men in general cheat all the time.
If you do it the right way, you will be fine. Protect yourself and stay educated.
