Use the opposite hand to do chores, write etc. it will focus on the other side of your brain causing it to work more. eat high fiber foods such as blueberries, oatmeal, and fish which has important omega fatty acids. get plenty of sleep and don't over analyze a problem. sleep on it, and you will have an answer when you wake up. exercise as it gets more oxygen to your brain. watch less tv and get involved in things that make you think more.

Read, and keep the "*******" computer on. Using the computer helps me to hone my reading/writing skills, and it will probably help you too as long as you don't just use it for porn and videogames.
