The only real excise you need right now is WALKING!
Walking everywhere and a lot -that will bring your body in shape without hours in the gym.
That will make your legs,hips, butt and tummy back into shape. Resistance training and moderate aerobic exercise if you can but the first option is free and you can do it anytime.
Drink plenty of water, sometime dairy products make you bloated as well so just have a look at your eating patten and if you try not to take dairy for few days - don't forget take calcium supplement.
Of cause it's possible to lose pants size even in 2 weeks, be very stricted with your diet and always move even if you turn music on and have a dance for 30 min. Reduce salt intake as well, try to eat boiled chicken with no salt and boiled veges, I know it's looks yucky but you will get use to it! If you put your head into it you can do it girl! Stay positive!

1st wk = m- run/walk 4 mile ; t- walk 2 miles; w-run/walk 4 mile; th-walk; f- run/walk 4 mile; sat- walk 2miles; sun- run/walk 4 mile
2nd wk = swim 40 yards m-th; run/walk 4 miles m-w-f-s
3rd wk = walk 3 miles in less than 40 min. m-s
4th wk = swim 40 yards m-s
note the first 40 yards you have to swim the fastest then keep swimming for half hour in your own pace
you are going to loose 4-7 lbs keep a light diet fruits vegetable, chicken ,salmon. tuna and try to to drink 5- 8 glasses aof water. if you can use the total gym go ahead it does work and you could loose more like 8-10 pounds. send me a picture before and after

Dieting is not the key to losing weight. Just eat healthy. And do cardio. Like running, jogging, swimming, playing etc.

Try Tae Bo. It's the funnest thing ever! And make sure that you're eating ENOUGH because if you aren't, your metabolism will slow making the pounds impossible to lose. Good luck and Good Health!

have you tried walking or jogging? works wonders especially at your age, diets like the atkins are not necessary for someone your age. and weight.

the way you describe your body, i guess you are engaging in too much sex, resulting in putting on weight. work hard at home, even if youare dieting, it will help, not only you, your mom also!
