I am tired of virus endangerment. Is there a "Linux light" for the computer wiery?

No.Linux is not as user- friendly as windows.

No. Linux needs little expertise on basics how computers work. Although its a free software, the expertise on it is a must unlike Windows where the user might not be an expert to operate on WIndows.
Sure, Linux is virus free in most cases.

Don't switch it. Try download AVG on your Windows and remove the virus you really bothered.
