Of course apples have calories. Everything besides water has calories. Apples have about 80 calories each. But no, they're VERY good for you. Apples make you feel full because of the fiber, which your body needs for a healthy digestive system. Also it helps lower your cholesterol and prevent heart disease (an apple a day keeps the doctor away!!) I eat an apple every day. But even though they have calories, remember two things. One is that you need calories to function and the other is that your body naturally burns off calories through digestion and other functions. So because of all the fiber, apples are negative calories if you want to look at it that way. As well as this, apples actually help clean your teeth a bit by removing trapped food as you chew. Though slowly your enamel could wear away, it shouldn't have too much of an effect. So, eat apples!!

Yes, an apple has calories. Depending on the size, it's usually around 120. But the more important thing is that the nutrition is worth the calories, unlike a soda or piece of candy which has calories but no nutrition.
