Look at objects around your house from different distances. Can you see them clearly without squinting? If you are in doubt have your eyes checked by a professional. If you do need glasses, you can't prescribe them yourself.

Can you see the TV or the book you are reading? Do you get headaches? Are you squinting to see? Any of these may indicate you need glasses- have an eye exam.

Yes, first look on something far from you then, read a book atleast read the first page, then look on something far from you then base your sight from before you read a book and after you read the book to test your sight. Then do it again but you must read 2 pages of the book now and so on... So you can test your sight.

Is stuff blurry when you look at it? Then go to the eye doctor and get glasses.

can you see the subtitles or words on TV clearly if you are sitting about 2 metres away from it?
