oh boy its hard when families end up in court, that's water under the bridge, i dint know your family but you all know your dad and if everyone thought fer a second they would consider how your dad would want it to go I'm sure he wouldn't want fighting over money but unfortunately may families have been ripped apart fer the same thing , i would always choose family over money and i had both. i feel sad fer you and your siblings but its gone this far now it will be a strangers choice , i hope thing work out god bless

Only thing I can think of is greed. Money can REALLY change some people. The more you get, the more you want. That's why I'm very content where I'm at. I'm a co-owner of an independent horror company (Cinema Eulogies) and will always remain independent. My partner and I will never sell out to Hollywood. Money will make you do things you thought you'd never do. I rather be comfortable and content than be rich and alienate my friends and family.

The way I see if it. It shouldn't be about money for either party you or them. It should still and always be about your father. Whatever the outcome is, I would just look at it like it's more money you had before this lawsuit came about, so just be happy with what you get. Looks like you will end up with pretty decent amount of money either way. I would just make sure I make wise finacial choices so that you will NEVER be broke in your future.

Because that kind of money makes people greedy, that's why! It should be split equally between all of you. What I find really sad here is the fact that your Father was killed and all anyone can think of is how much money they should get! Good luck, I hope you all get what you deserve.

Sorry about your dad, all lawyers are evil. The money won't bring him back, try talking to your family and split the money 4 ways so the lawyers don't take even more

First off I think it is sad as hell that you guys are fighting over money with your dad dying. My father died in December of this past year and I think its horrible you are fighting over money instead of clinging to each other for support and love. To me it seems NONE of you deserve the money if that's what your father meant to you. Life is more then money and the sooner people realize that the better. Sorry if i seem harsh but i find this situation ridiculous!

Let me first say that I am sorry about your dad. Second, they are very selfish and greedy! I'm sure your father where ever he is, is not happy about the way your siblings are acting. Remember Money changes people.

You need to go to court, I don't think it's greed. Do what feels right, and I'm sorry for your loss.
