Simple: First call her by her name and say, "would you like to go out sometime to see a movie or shoot some pool or dance or take a walk at the beach?" Give a choice or two. It depends on where you live. If she says yes then you say Great, how does this Fri. or Sat. sound to you? Confirm date and bring a small gift to the date for her. Find out through friends or family what she likes and dislikes if you don't already know. When you pick her up for the date compliment her on her dress or hair. Tell her she looks stunning tonight. Be yourself and you'll be fine.

You never ask her. Human beings, especially females, always tend to answer in the negative when asked for something directly. A girl will answer "no" even if she likes you. It's just automatic.
The best thing to do is suggest it, "let's go out" rather than Do You Want...

Just ask her to go somewhere with you and you will know right away if she is interested in you. If she says no ask her "well is a bj out of the question then? lol-that will get her fired up, but hey she rejected you so get the last laugh.

Who askes "would you go out with me?" anymore that is so 80's. First talk to her and get to know her. If she's shows interest get her phone number. Call her and while you guys are talking it will naturally come up. Say "so when am I going to see you again?" if your guys work together or go to school together say "when can I spend some one on one time with you?" Thats smooooth, lol.
