The answer to that question is, obviously, that the foundation was formed exclusively for black Americans. I think the question should be" why is there still a united ***** foundation. I believe that it's because a lot of black Americans think they're the only people with problems. At least the liberal ones, which happens to be most of them. No one else complains as much as they do. They don't want to be treated equally. They would rather get special privileges which suggests they feel under privileged compared to others. This is not the case from my observations anymore. I used to be a mail man and I delivered mail to developments full of million dollar houses full of successful black family's. This was Martin Luther Kings dream. One point M.L.K. missed is that it is impossible to have complete equality in a free society. All the government can do is to level the playing field. I am sympathetic to the history of black Americans but I believe the playing field has been leveled. I feel that blacks in this country should be proud of their ancestors and what they had to survive but the past is the past and I can't stand the complaining and tension anymore. I know it's not all black Americans but the animosity is not going to end until we quit humoring and pampering the complainers who don't want to stand on their own two feet. That goes for all other races as well. I feel that no one can feel proud of themselves if they have to give the credit of their success to someone else. I hate sounding preachy but it makes sense to me and I don't ever hear this view from anyone else.

Well, I would recommend the United White Foundation, except that we're not allowed to have one of those. Politically incorrect, don't ya know. Guess you were just born the wrong color, little buddy. Oh, it's not racist, by the way. Racism only occurs when we say or do something they don't like, not the other way around.

I think the united ***** college fund is racist in only saying hey we are going to give you money because you are black. but if they are private they can do that. Just like people who say hey we are giving you money becasue you are a christian.

I don't think it is racist at all. The UNCF was created so that African Americans would have the same opportuniities as other races. becuz the united ***** fund is for negroes only. kind of like how. for a long time voting was only for white people. you know?
it's not racist but that's they way it is. plus that is the only fund that is specific to *****. how you notied white people can get everyother from of finanical aide but that one. thats because that is the only from of finanical aide that a ***** person like myself would have a fair chance of getting.
