Nice guys will get laid when the females realizes how much the other guys are bad people. They will then want to hang out with the Nice Guy. It is only a matter of time till they get laid.
Complex formulas could probably predict it, but I'm not in possession of such formulas, or else I'd be selling it.

Yes. Nice guys will get laid in long term relationships, meaning many times with the same person, which is better and really more satisfying (the more comfotable two people are around each other, the more likely they are to be aggressive and get what they want from sex, increasing their pleasure). This also makes it much less likely you'll get STD's or regret getting laid by some chick you hate in the morning.
Bad boys get one night stands. If that's what you'd prefer, go for it.

Nice guys don't look to get laid. They look for a connection. DO they get laid? Yea. A lot of women go for that I think.
