They are all involved in TV as actors or writers, and all have the last name 'Perry':

Matthew Perry, actor, "Friends"
Mark Perry, writer, "One Tree Hill"
Michael Perry, writer, "NYPD Blue"
Luke Perry, actor, "Beverly Hills, 90210"

And contrary to what others have said, these names are not all in the top ten popular baby names. Matthew and Michael have been in the top 10 consistently, but Mark and Luke are much lower. Luke has never been above a rank of 80.

According to the U.S. Social Security Administration, the top 10 names for 2005 were:
1 Jacob
2 Michael
3 Joshua
4 Matthew
5 Ethan
6 Andrew
7 Daniel
8 Anthony
9 Christopher
10 Joseph

each and each e book of the Gospel replaced into no longer wrote through unmarried man or woman Lu'cas, is an abbreviated type of Lucanus. that's to not be confounded with Lucius, Acts 13:a million; Roma 16:21 which belongs to a distinct man or woman. The call Luke takes position 3 cases in the hot testomony—Colo 4:14; 2 Tim 4:11; Phile a million:24—and likely in all 3 the 0.33 evangelist is the fellow spoken of. Combining the classic ingredient with the scriptural we are able to music top the following dim outline of the evangelist's existence. He replaced into born at Antioch in Syria, and replaced into taught the technology of medication. the nicely customary custom that Luke replaced into also a painter, and of no mean ability, rests on the authority of previous due writers. He replaced into no longer born a Jew, for he's not reckoned between those "of the circumcision" through St. Paul. Comp. Colo 4:11 with verse 14. The date of his conversion is uncertain. He joined St. Paul at Troas, and shared his adventure into Macedonia. The unexpected transition to the first man or woman plural in Acts 16:9 is maximum evidently defined after all the objections that were cautioned, through supposing that Luke the author of the Acts, formed one in each of St. Paul's corporation from this aspect. so a strategies as Philippi the evangelist journeyed with the apostle. The resumption of the 0.33 man or woman on Paul's departure from that position, Acts 17:a million would teach that Luke replaced into now left in the back of. for the time of a few thing of St. Paul's 2d missionary adventure we listen of Luke no more desirable; yet on the 0.33 adventure an similar indication reminds us that Luke is back of the corporation, Acts 20:5 having joined it curiously at Philippi, the position he were left. With the apostle he exceeded by skill of Miletus, Tyre and Cæsarea to Jerusalem Acts 20:6; 21:18 As to his age and lack of existence there is the utmost uncertainty. He in all likelihood died a martyr, between a.d. seventy 5 and a.d. one hundred. He wrote the Gospel that bears his call, and likewise the e book of Acts.
