No he is not . For when God forgives he also removes the sin and remembers it no more.
remember removing sin does not do away with the consequence of sin. For example you commit adultery get caught and the husband shoots your arm off . God will forgive the act if you repent as David did .yet you must still live with the results of your actions. Just as David did.
Yet David is spoken of in scriptures as a man after Gods own heart.

If you recall, the Prophet Samuel came to David on the encouragement from God. David repented after he realised you could hide nothing from God. His punishment was that God did not allow him to build the First Temple to house the Arc. Further, all sins were washed away with Christ's death upon the cross.
On Judgement Day, if not already, David, King of Isreal, a fore-runner and start of Our Lord's Royal Line will, if he is not already, be in heaven...no questions aked.

Bishop David; It wasn't Samuel it was another prophet that went to David and pointed out his sin. David did repent it is evident in the Psalms and God said he was a man after His own heart. According to Peter's sermon at Pentecost David is not yet ascended into heaven!

He had insight into Jesus' forgiveness, what He did on the cross, His anointing, etc... He wrote all about it in the Psalms, so I do believe David was washed clean through Jesus' forgiveness through receiving Him. Either way God knows that we are all but dust, and that we have all fallen short of the glory of God. What matters is if we receive God before it's too late. I know David was a man after God's own heart, so I imagine he made it alright, as pleasing to God as He was :)

This is a very hard question for me to answer. I love David very much and so does God. King James version of the Bible it says that he will pay for his sins and then I am not the Judge Jesus Christ is and let Him decide.

God said he would forgive David already. The consequences of David's actions ended up as turmoil within his house instead of his life. As well, David has already died.

I dare to answer such a question with my limited knowledge, wisdom, and insight...
I do recommend that you read the entire chapter of 2 Samuel 12, NKJV(mine)
Pay close attention to 2 Sam. 12:13
Read, meditate, and ask Abba for the answer.

He prayed and confessed his sin before God and was forgiven. You may wish to read Psalms 51 about his repentance.

If he repented of his sins, they they was bloted out, and are know more, mean like they never happen at all...
Just like Judas, if he repented in taking the money back to the high priest, if he got right with Jesus Christ, we might see him in heaven also, I don't know if he did to Jesus though?

That one is up to God, but from what I have read and understand, God forgave David of his sins.
