Don't ask him! Just do it! Judge when the opportune moment is (those come along very often!) and just go for it! I was kind of in the same situation but just let yourself go. He'll probably appreciate it!

Don't ask that would ruin the moment. When ever you feel it is time just go for it.
Maybe he is scared and doesn't want to disrespect you.
My husband (I'm only 21) was scared to kiss me and we where dating for 2 months but he said I was different from other girls and he never knew what to expect.
So its a good thing and watch out that kiss might lead to marriage but it took us 7 yrs.
Just know that if your waiting this long for it, its definitely going to be worth it.

Don't ask him, that would spoil the moment I guess. The best thing I can think of is of starting it casual, with a kiss on the cheek, but linger there a second or two and see what that leads to.

Don't ask him just kiss him, one of two things is going to happen:1) he's going to like it and keep on kissing u
2) he's going to pull away and ask u what r u doing.
Go for it, I think he'll like it, unless he's not a very good kisser. Then you show him how u liked to be kissed.

Well don't rush things 2 fast because if you rush things you could ruin the relationship and never get to kiss him so take your time!
