ale mluvim cesky only when i am in prague (or other places in cesky).
there are rules against using czech here (if you check the community guidelines.
they may be unfair rules - but they are the rules.
but the main reason i seldom use czech here - or welsh - is because i doubt very many folk would understand me if i did.
