Call the FBO(s) on the field, and find out what their landing & parking fees are. Many Class B's have "peak" hours, where GA flights need a reservation, and the landing fees are often much more. If you're just going to land and take back off, you won't have to pay a parking fee, but if you do stop & get out, even for a few minutes, the FBO will usually hit you for parking.

If you're on the east coast, Baltimore (BWI) is a good Class B to fly into. They have a shorter runway, 15L/33R, which is right next to the FBO, and is used mostly for GA and short-haul planes. The landing and parking fees were reasonable, although it's been a few years since I was in there last, so things might have gone up.
