Doesn't it have a 'scan" function that automatically searches for traffic?
On the cited list, "City of Coffeyville" is listed several times, presumably, one or more of those is the PD and FD.

you can either download the manual from bearcat or recieve instructions from them as to how to set the scan.if it is preprogramed just push the 1-20,20-30 and so on buttons and a bar will show up at the top of the screen for each bank and then push scan
