All dogs do that, it means you found a spot that feels good to her, it's sort of like when someone scratches your back and you start moving around so they get the right spot.

If it were a human i guess it would be called a g spot. It is just a spot that feels good when ever you scratch it that either tickles or feels good. I am not sure which it would be.
