all the time, and it's frustrating because by the time i get back to sleep it's time to get up for work!

Yes almost every night. There was a point in time where I could fall back asleep. Now every noise disturbes me.

yes i do have this problem. i am 36 yrs old. i think is alright cos as we age we sleep less, funny thing is that i never get tired

The medical community calls it insomnia, which is far less serious than amnesia. Atleast that puts it into perspective.

yes, usually when I have a lot on my mind. Sometimes it can be hormonal changes, such as thyroid, or menopause.
