Of course it's normal...I didn't have my 1st kiss until I was almost 15...I'm 17 now & never had a boyfriend...
I'm not gonna say I know how you feel 'cause I hate it when ppl say that to me, but don't lose hope
Sometimes it can be pretty deppressing, I know, but if you think about it, it's probably just for the best...like they say "The longer the wait, the sweeter the reward" ;)
Keep that in mind, & whenever u feel upset because of this, think positive...tell yourself that the right person is just waiting for the right time
As for your parents, be glad that they care enough to talk to you about these things...they only want the best for you & chances are, they know wut they're talking about

This is gonna sound strange, but I didn't have sex until I was 13 and I didn't get kissed until I was 15.
Now I'm in my mid 40's and I have daughters that are older than you and each time one of them turned 13 I hated myself for what I had done. I'm sure your parents probably feel the same way too and that's why they're so protective.
Actually I'd be happy that you felt this wasn't normal, because pre-teen pregnancy is quickly becoming normal.

No way you're fine. I had my first kiss at 15, and Im 22 now and have lots of kisses since!!!! My younger brother is 19 and still hasn't been kissed. He is good looking, funny, smart and a surfer, and yes he likes girls, but he is just shy so the opportunity hasn't happened. It'll happen when the time is right.

I am 13 years old and I dont think I will get kissed for a long time. It dosnt mean anything if your not kissed for a while. It dosnt mean anything at all. You will know when a kiss is necessary, you will find the right person. Just remember to waste it on someone that deserves it. After all, it is your first kiss. And there is no"re do's"

slow down! You are fine! It's not a race. Right now, you will be happiest if you respect your parents' wishes and show them you are trustworthy. When they let you date, date responsibly and don't get caught up in the physical part of the relationship or get so desperate for love that you do things that you are not comfortable with. Take things as YOU are ready, and not as society tells you is normal. You will be happier in the long run, I promise.

the only reason you feel pressured to have a boyfriend is because everyone else has one. peer pressure. This just means that if u have a relationship, it wont be so meaningful. it is completely normal, it just means you care more. Healthy, strong relationships find you--if you go looking for one, chances are it wont be very meaningful to you. so dont do anything stupid to ruin ur teen years, because when the time is right, you will have a boyfriend.

Your parents not letting you date is wonderful. Think about it, how many females do you know is pregnant at your school. How many ppl is having relationship issues. I'm glad that my mother made me wait cause I didn't have all those issues that there going through. I'm telling you don't sweat b/c it will do you some good in the long run.

Don't worry about it I got my first kiss at 15 because my parents were the same why but I earned their trust so I could date. Don't let guyz be important trust me my heart was broken at 15 he told me everything I wanted to here. The problem was he just told me that because thats what I wanted to here. He lied and flirted with other girls and he broke my heart the same day he broke up with me was the same day I was going to break up with him. I was waiting for him to call so I could. He called and said "I'm vreaking uo with you bye" So please watch out for guyz and play hard to get it will drive them crazy if they really like you. And don't worry because their is someone out there right now that you will needing up marrying just be patient.
