We had Mexican Fest Night...I made 7 layer dip with chips, and tacos and rice! it was sooooo good and we have just been munching!

I went to HomeTown Buffet, and had cucumber/tomato salad, watermelon, roast beef with grilled onions, mashed potatoes with butter/sour cream, boiled cabbage and carrots, rice, corn, and macaroni and cheese. I didn't have room for dessert.

broiled steak and chinese dumplings made of hot dog weiners. cabbage, fresh ginger, onion, soy sauce, jalapenos, boiled eggs with wasabi and rice cooked in chicken broth with fresh green beans. I usually use sausage for the meat in the dumplings but im broke and all i had were weiners. It all tastes the same when you slather it in wasabi anyway
