My Daughter bought her dad a massive toblerone for dads day, and over the last 3 hrs I'v been eating it (it was just there and I could'nt help it) should I tell her the truth when she gets up or say the dog nicked it, I will give her cash to buy another anyway!

Toblerone is yummie chocolate for those who asked,I would'nt lie but its a really massive one thats why I feel naughty,as for her finding out our boxer steals sweets all time and the dog cant talk so she wont find out, I would have went to asda before she got up but hubby got car

this applies to anything. if you think there is any possibility you might have to tell lie,s about it, don,t do it!i,m not a holier than thou character.i was once in a situation where i was told so many lies it nearly drove me over the edge.it made me kind of allergic to lies.so from that time i have never told even the smallest lie,it gets me in trouble now and again.but i find it very refreshing and you,d be amazed how much respect you get.so tell your daughter the truth or she,ll think lies are ok.

blaming the dog..... you **** lol lol. i know what a toberone is and they aint small.your daughter spent her own money getting her dad something nice and YOU ate it all lol. now she has to go to the shop again cause ou cant walk in the morning! what if the shop has no more!! what then! lol lol
what if you blame the dog... and your hubby pays 1000 for the vet to help your dog not die cause its ate alot of chocolate. how far can 1 small lie go? how can you say to your daughter that lying, stealing and cheating is wrong? hmmmmm

Dogs and chocolate are not good. Don't allow your dog to eat it. Chocolate can kill dogs. Please take this seriously. Ask your vet, if you don't believe me.
Otherwise, all that chocolate can't be good for you either. I would try to get yourself under control. I think you could be in trouble with your daughter. You should proabally be punished. Maybe the family could decide what's to be done with you.

I am not sure what the object is but, you should not have bothered it. Tell her the truth and give her money to buy another and tell her that is what you would like for your next Mother's day or your birthday.
