I'm interested in the religion. Is it possible to convert to Judaism? What do Jewish people believe about heaven, hell, the resurection, and Jesus? Are there any Jewish groups that don't observe the dietary laws? I'm just curious.

Im not a Jew but I can answer that they don't believe Satan is evil. They actually believe his is God's good servant.

And they don't believe in Hell. They believe in the resurrection and Judgment day, but they believe that all people will go to Heaven. They believe that only they have to follow the Law of Moses and that Gentiles only have to follow the Noahid Laws.

About Jesus? Some believe he was a good man but they all reject him as the Messiah and God. There are a few Jews however who believe otherwise. Type in Messianic Jews in Yahoo.

There are divisions in Judaism, like all religions and some are less strict when it comes to the diet.

For instance some believe eating cheeseburgers is forbidden.

Finally anyone can convert to Judaism, but it takes about 7 years to do so.

I don't think there are many but yes, there are some Jewish people here. I don't think reform Jews observe the dietary laws but, I'm not sure.
