First, why in the world would someone want to do that? I am not one for pain and possible scaring. Second, you don't go to hell for non-repentance (tho you'll have to answer to God on Judgement Day), you only go to hell if you didn't accept the One who you know you ask repentance from. Now go repent and turn from those ways....

Possibly. But, you shouldn't cut yourself in the first place. If it's in accident, it doesn't matter. But if you're purposely doing it to "escape the pain" then, yeah, your going there. If you're the one cutting themselves, you really need to think about it. It's not helping you. It will never help you. You're only causing more harm to yourself than you deserve. If that is the case, than repent.

If you are cutting yourself, you are already living hell. Don't make it worse by imagining you are going to "hell" for being in hell!! Life is hard enough. And for what it's worth the "God" I know doesn't want anything for us but the understanding that we are worthy of all the gentleness and tenderness there is, no matter who we are.I hope you (or your friend?) can start by being more gentle with yourself.

Only God knows that. but it does say in the bibly to not cut yourself in anyway shape or form.
Now if you cut yourself and know yuu should repent, Yes repent but repent wih all your heart. You must want forgiven with all your heart. but after repenting and you do it again and again and repeat God will know if your lying or didnt mean it so you best not lie or not mean it. otherwise chances are you will go to hell. but as I said no one can anwser that.
