Is it the pasta itself or the sauce?
My mom puts a peeled, halved potato in her pasta sauce if it is too salty/spicy and after simmering for like fifteen minutes, she takes out the potato and serves the pasta/sauce. That might work for vinegar too. Good luck.

rinse it with water. leave some in and send it to the nuke on 5 minutes for a pound of pasta. Start with the cap of the bottle and go to taste. alittle goes a long way. DIG

Try adding some honey and chunks of pineapple and then tell everyone it's a special sweet and sour pasta sauce. I promise that nobody on here will tell them.

Seems like you should leave the vinegar out from the beginning. Or boil it out in water.

Brown sugar, white sugar, or equal, etc. if you can't have sugar.
Use about 1 1/2 tsps. for 2 quarts of sauce. Or 4 pkgs. of sugar substitue......

don't add vinegar.....just cook pasta with water, salt and little bit of olive oil so it does not stick when you drain it

add some sugar, little at a time.... throw in a few bay leaves, black pepper, maybe some fresh garlic...... a variety of flavors should balance a strong vinigar taste.
