You are not fat trust me. I think its all in your head.
I'm 5'3" and I weigh 125lbs. I think I have a little meat on me. Your a little taller than average so 133lbs is a good weight for you. If anyone tells you different then they have a problem with their selves that's why they put other people down so they can feel better trust me I found that out.

P.S. Keep your head up its all about confidants, confidants is the secert to beauty.

You are looking at the wrong numbers.

1. What is your resting heart rate? Is it under 72 BPM?

2. What's your diastolic and systolic blood pressure? Is it under 130/80?

3. What's your body mass index (fat as a percentage of your total body weight)? Is it around 25% (for women) or 18% (for men)? A doctor can measure this.

Your numbers should be close to or below those I said. If they're higher, see a doctor and start exercising regularly and eating healthier foods.

Stop thinking about health as how much you weigh and start thinking about health as physical fitness.

No. I weigh 195 lbs and I'm 5'6" with a 34 waist. I do not work out! this is not fat. you are young and you will grow taller. Some women grow later in life than men.

No thats like perfect because if you look it up on a chart 130 is the average for 5'6" so your perfect! Don't think your fat, because your not!

Apparently you are well within reason and a good candidate for insurance purposes. They define a healthy weight for your height as being 138. Nope, you aren't at all fat

Not at all. My sister is about the same and she's perfectly healthy.
The last thing this world needs is more healthy young women going crazy with diets because they're not skinny.

I am 5'7" and tol I should be between 130 and 140 so you are fine this was in a doctors chart

no you're just the right size. the 133 lbs. most likely is from your height or possible muscle. dont rely on the scale alone
