Traditional clothing, & probably a lot cooler in a hot climate, though I think you'll find that they're actually wear some type of trousers underneath.
Why do mean wear trousers? Or kilts? Or lap-laps? Or penis- gourds? Or sarongs?

religion an its the way the holy men dress!!normal they dress in white to be pure and true to Allah i really am fascinated the way they dress i think its clean and formal and the way it is for there country's! Actually the “dress” is modeled in Africa as well due to the hot weather. The “dress” actually does a better job of cooling the person the than normal “American” wear.

Because the dress makes it easier to bugger young boys as is the custom of those filthy muslims. Hike it up, stick it in the boy, finish, and no need to put your pants back on. Simple really. AND, it covers up their pathetically small penises.
