One of my friends told me that he's recently done this several times with a girl he's really interested in. It's not that he's being a gentleman, he has no self confidence at all. He's hoping that she will make the first move.

no. could be many many reasons like.... he's really really really really shy. if he gets aroused when she's in there, then he's not gay. but then again, if he's not attracted to her then he wouldn't be aroused. anyways, don't draw the conclusion that they're gay.
