Why do u want to break your habit.l think that's not a very bad habit. Everyday u can eat a bag of snack or junk-food. That's still OK. If u eat more than one everyday u get a serious problem. Junk food could harm your heath because it include sugar, salt, fatty substance...These elements could make u have fat body, spotty face...

snacking is not that bad. It just depends on what you are snacking on. Try to eat 5 small meals to stop you from getting hungry. To ensure you dont eat junk try buying some fruits in the morning and eating them whenever you get hungry. You will need to be discplined as well.Goodluck!!

One thing to do is not buy the junk food...sure easier said then done but if you don't buy it you will not have it there to eat....you can chew gum when you feel like you need something and some people just have a craving for something...try brushing your teeth..you would be surprised how much that helps when you feel like binging

Dont try and break your habit, just substitute something better for what you are eating now. Like a cup of blueberries instead of potato chips.

fruit is great to eat when you're in the snacking mood. It usually tastes nice and sweet and it's not bad for you that much at all. Just keep the fruit in and the snacks out! ;)

if u eat 6 small meals a day, eating every 2 hours u will be naturally snacking. make sure ur meals are well balanced and good for u foods!

take up a new hobby, and do that instead of snacking. You could also try putting your snacks (its okay to do it sometimes...) in a box that you can latch, and put the key somewhere else...it will stop you from just opening the cupboard and grabbing stuff...you will have to conciously think about it and you can stop yourself.
