Yoga, deep breathing and meditation have helped me tremendously. Also, get to know yourself and try to find the source of why these things bother you in the first place. Usually there is a deeper reason, under the surface. It is something you have to work through, but the end result is less stress, and that is a good thing.

The best think that i' ve found is listen to Music.. When i m really frustrated i listen to Linkin park. It really gives me enough energy to kick some butt. Well, if u wanna relax then u can have cup of strong hot coffee, look out the window and go to some greeting card or gift shops. that really brings ur stress down to zero. manage to have a healthy chat with ur loved once. Feel them.. And Yoga.

when i get really stressed i walk, with my headphones on. it can be very relaxing. walking in a park, watching the ducks in the pond, listening to the kids playing on the swings, watching old people talk to each other.. it just lets you know that whatever it is thats stressing you, will still be there, but you can see and deal in a different light...and if you believe in a god of any sort, ask him to take the stress for you till you're ready to handle it.

Prayer, it works.
And music is a great stress reliever. Bob James, Andrea Bocelli, whatever you like. Just make sure you get the down time you need. No interruptions, no phone calls or pagers. Just make it about you. You can ask a friend to join you if you want, but they have to be quiet.

have fun go to the park , chilling with my girl friend helps and listening to music that i can relate to . my parents are often the ones who cause the stress so try to stay away from the ones who cause the stress...

i listen to something hyper and bouncy.
like Scooter (German techno band).
it sounds weird, but calming music like ocean waves just make me focus on whats stressing me out even more, hyper music makes me dance which melts the stress away.
