its so annoying that i cant wear high heels and certain shoes because i could easily sprain my ankle.

you should do work out your ankle. IT will help them get become strong again.

I learned an excercise in my aerobics class, I'll share.
In a standing position lift up onto your toes then release back down until the soles of your feet almost touch the floor. Repeat. Do this to a count to 10 then "pulse" it which just means to speed this motion up for another count of 10. Do one more set of 10 at the normal rate and relax. Stretch the muscles by rotate your ankle or walking around for a bit. This is good for calves too.

I sprained my left ankle during a moutain hike and ever since it's been easy to sprain over and over again. Id suggest wearing hightop shoes for more ankle support. Also you can rotate the joint a lot to make the muscles more flexable.

when you and your man are f*cking put your feet on the side of his waist. ( he has to be laying down) Squat over him and bouce like a frog, bounce that a** on him that should help your knees.If that don't work get on your knees and su*K. or work out.
