room? it is kinka of an orange or peach color, about the same in diamater as a pencil. on one side there is the letter M, ON THE OTHER SIDE ARE THE NUMBER 751. anyone know whst this is

Here is a link to the drug you are talking about-it is a muscle relaxer. You need to drill your son ASAP and find out how long, how many he has taken. You may need to call the poison control. Pain Killers and Muscle Relaxers have become the new "drug of choice" with youth today. They don't understand the risks involved.

YES,if you are a parent you have every right to be nosey!!!Must be someone who doesnt have kids running their flap which really bothers me!If you dont have kids of your own then hush,you know nothing about them!Anyways,sounds like it could be a flexeril or a xanax.Flexeril is a muscle relaxer and xanax is for anxiety ,hypertension,or in some cases a anti-depressant.It is also known as a party drug for alot of teenagers.Online they have pictures of pills plus all the information a person could ever know about any drug.You could try taking it to a pharmicist,buying a pill book that they sell at most grocery stores,checking the phycisians desk reference book of 2006,or if you want the nitty gritty,making an appointment for the childs pediatrician to do some testing of the child to even see if he/she has taken the drug.I wouldnt tell your child what they are really going to the docter for,I would say its just a check up or something minor,take the pill with you and after the test results are in,Sit down with the child then with the help of the docter explain the pros and cons of their actions!Also afterwards,go home get online and educate yourself about the drug. Then hold a mom's meeting with all the child's freinds mothers and discuss the issue and come up with a plan of action.Communication is key,so you can not only protect your child but your neighbors as well.Also if its brought out in the open,theres less resources for your child to continue getting their hands on those pills or any other substance at that!But I would keep it hush hush until you know what route you are going to take and be prepared for a heated situation.The main reason why kids even mess with this stuff is because they feel singled out and want to fit in.Its the cool thing to do,stress the importance of respecting and appreciating their own individuality.Then start getting more involved with your child and limit the amount of idled time they have.The busier they are ,the less they are likely to fall into the bad group and get into trouble! Call your local pharmacist it is their job to "Know and recognize" what you've found. Orange or peach pills and your son got it, sounds like it could be Valium, or a Mfgr. "Mereck Labs" product. I have a physicians PDR but it is really REALLY old. I'd also describe to the drugist that the pill is round like a ball, or round and flat on both sides. Also oval or completely round?
No matter how you look at it your son is getting drugs, probably at school, where they can get anything these days. I have a niece that gave me quite the education on prices. Wow! Where are the kids getting all the money to spend on uppers or downers? Anyway you need to talk with your son no matter WHAT kind of pill it is yes? Don't stall and say you want to make sure you know what "kind" it is. You're his mother you should know if he needs asprin or medication of ANY kind yes? Obviously someone he knows gave him DRUGS, he's experimenting and it will only escalate. If he is "into doing drugs" then he has a reason to "escape". Are you the only adult in the home, dad not around? Or are you and dad both SO damn busy that you don't Know your own kids? If he is taking pills, let me tell you he's probably done pot already thats a given. What about the powders, Coke? Crank? Meth? They don't need a needle, a dollar bill or a straw work just fine. Sit down with his father if he is arund at all, you both need to work together to keep your son busy and interested in LIFE! Apparently he needs to escape to....somewhere, or anywhere. Some kids are so busy with proms, and school work, looking forward to what they want out of life. Is your son involved...or should I ask...Are You?

I would take it to a pharmacy first. Ask them to identify it. If it's something he should not have, then ask him what it is. If he lies to you, then you can punish him. If it's nothing to worry about, then don't even bring it up to him. It will break trust between you two if he thinks you're snooping or don't trust him.

One thing you don't have to worry about. It's definitely not an illegal substance. Ecstasy do not have numbers printed on them. Sometimes letters, but usually pictures.

I would take it to a pharmacy otherwise you are only guessing. There are pill books in some of the medical supply stores and bookstores like Barnes and Noble that you could try to use to find it, but it might be like looking for a needle in a haystack. I would ask a pharmacist.

Go ahead and be nosey its your job... Call a 24 hour eckerds and find out. (pharmacy). I am looking for my pill bottles, I take flexeril that is what it sounds like. (I have fibromyalgia and cancer.)

Yep..thats what it is, and for me, they not only relax my muscles, but they put me to sleep. Drink a glass of wine, and I am out like a light.
