It's real important to talk to your parents about this. If they are not able to help then try a school counselor or your doctor. If there is no one else try family and children's services or the police. You need to do this not only for your own safety but also in order to protect others. You will also be helping your uncle. It sounds like he needs some counseling.

first I'd freak out and then tell anybody who will listen and would be able to do something about but most deafiantly inform your parents and if not tell him off if that doesn't go as planned hen just kick him in the nuts and tell him if you spy on me again image the pain 3 times as bad......haha.

You should absolutely tell your parents. If your parents don't want to listen to you then tell a teacher, another adult, or the police ASAP. There's no telling who else he has been spying on and it has got to stop right away before it escalates.

Without question - you should talk to someone you are close to and cares for you. If you have a good relationship with your immediate family - Mom and/or Dad. If not, a teacher and/or counselor at school.
Just don't make excuses and let it go!

If you are 16 years and older, depends on how good-looking he is! If not, better make him join you in the shower than steal his clothes when he is naked and then.. call for help!

Take a shower with my mother, his sister. Or call him out and embarrass him in front of family and friends.

Firstly, ensure that what you saw was in fact true. It's a pretty serious allegation, next if you're 100% sure - tell your parents and if they don't do anything about it, confront him yourself and discuss it. Tell your older siblings if necessary.
