I don't agree with previous posts, 75kg is not underweight.
I'm 29 and my weight is 56kg, which is still not the best weight for me.
On the other hand, you should have also mentioned your height, perhaps you are much taller than me.
However, it's better to focus on proportions than on weight. Kilos don't matter if you have good female proportions. Ask men. Or read something online like

Calculate your WHR, if it's between 0.68 and 0.8, you have an attractive figure, so nothing to worry about.

If your aim is to improve your shape, start with some short-term work-outs, increase the durability and the physical activity gradually. at the same time decline the amount of calories you consume per day. But not dramatically! it'll make things worse. Gradually, pls.
I know it's boring, but it helps to most of people who are losing weight.
You may find a weight-watchers group helpful too. Or hire a personal trainer. If we have a tooth ache, we go to the dentist. But if we have a weight problem, why do we try to solve it on our own. Consult a professional, a dietologist or what do you call them.
Finally, don't be lazy, there are loads of web-site devoted to the wish to change your body.
And the very last tip, don't listen what other people say it's good for them, it can not be good for you. So find your own way!Be creative!
ex. one of my collegueas, who wanted to lose weight, wrote on a piece of paper the word "DIET", put it on her chair and sat it on every day within several weeks. So she could claim, she had been on a diet! Believe it or not, she lost 5 kilos she had been going to lose!
Good luck!

first of all weight go hand and hand with height also. you could also be considered big boned but if you want to lose weight and keep it off do this.
1. see a doctor before you start to exercise to make sure nothing wrong.
2. eat healthy and count calories. for every mile you walk u burn about 100 calories
3. exercise and try to burn a few more calories than you eat
4. dont try to lose too fast because you wont be able to keep up that pace. good luck

This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I have lost 35 lbs. so far. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. lovejae247@yahoo.com

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Take your kid on the walk with you. It is time together. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No fruit and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts. 8 glasses of water a day. No caffeine
