but i'm scared 2 report him, coz he prolly doesn't think that he did anything wrong. we just had a "fun" night together, and he probably thought i wanted it. so i'd have to see him in court, and kno that he was wondering why i filed a report against him if i was enjoying myself (i WAS NOT enjoying myself. but i pretended that i was.)

Uh what state do you live in? Thats considered child rape and child sexual abuse in certain states!

You should report it immediately. You should NEVER have to do anything you dont want to do. Hes at fault, dont let him make you think otherwise.

Any sexual penetration, whether it be his genitals or any part of his body for that matter, is considered rape and child molestation. Hes a sex offender, and you need to report him.

Depending what state you are in, rape can be defined different ways, but most would agree that a guy fingering you when you didnt want him to is a form of rape. Also, if he is 3 years older than you, and you are a minor, you have grounds for statutory rape in a large majority of states. Repost this question with what state you live in and I can help more, but the bottom line is, you were forced to, because he persisted to the point where you thought consent was the only way out.

that is NOT statutory rape (period). It depends on the state in which you live. State laws, though they may differ, recognize that two young lovers would unlikely be born on the same date. Imagine a boy and a girl, both seniors in high school, and the boy is one week older than the girl. They have been having sex for months when they were both under 18. On the boy's 18th birthday, they decide to have sex, She is still 17. Is that stautory rape? of course it isn't.

In NY state, for example, one party has to be over 23 and the other under 17. It differs from state to state, but I would advise you not to even bother with this. My answer so far has been to refute the first sumb answer I read here.

If you're asking what the legal system considers rape, well, these days, pretty much anytime a girl has second thoughts or guity feelings about having sex, its considered rape. If you're asking my opinion, I'd say you caved in to high pressure sales, and you chose to do so. It was your choice - PERIOD. That you chose to allow him to continue for "expediency" purposes is your problem, and frankly I find it disgusting that you would even mention the "R-word" as a compensatory measure for your own mistakes.

But that's just my opinion.

HUH? How can you consent, but not want to. take SOME responsibility for your own decisions. This is what PISSES me off to no end about women - you want no responsibilities for your own stupid decisions, but you have no problem labeling a guy as a sex offender for life because you are spineless. SHAME.

What disgusts me more than your question is the claptrap knee-jerk responses that absolve you of ANY responsibility in this matter, despite the fact that you claimed to "pretend" to enjoy it. Sweet Jesus, does anybody THINK anymore, or are we so PC-ed out that we won't even consider the case on it's merits.

I pity ANY man who has to stand in before a jury of YAHOOs.

It is statutory rape because of your age and date rape because you knew him. Please call a rape crisis line to talk to someone and get help.He knew it was wrong because any guy with sense would have backed off when you said no and resisted.Even if you eventually gave in he still forced you in the sense that it seemed the only choice,That could be considered coercion.

I'm sure that even if you report him to the police, they will just let him get away with that act. It is because you consented to what he was doing. You could have called it rape when you resisted him in stead and he still continued to do that using force and/or threats for you to give in. If you really did not want him to do that to you, you could have sceamed, fought back, pushed him away and run as fast as you could to ask help from anyone around.

But what you did was let him do the indecent act to you. The next time somebody else or even this guy provokes you by doing indecent acts with you, don't give in unless you really like to do that with that guy.

Take care of your womanhood. It is one of your greatest treasures in life.

if you were pretending you enjoyed it, he may not have realized that you didn't want to. in the future you need to take the initiative to say no, i don't want to do this.

as far as pressing charges, you can if you want to, but realistically you probably wouldn't win. if you were acting like you enjoyed it, that would give a jury enough reasonable doubt to aquit.

also, if this guy is pushing you to do stuff you don't want to then you should dump him.
