You can use MS Powerpoint to make your show. Just insert the picture into each "frame" of the Powerpoint presentation and you can add captions, clipart and sound to go along with it. The Help Wizards will guide you through it if you don't know how. Then do a "Save As" and save the presentation with a ".pps" extention to make it play automatically without having to load and run Powerpoint. Then save it to your "myspace" and anyone can watch it if you create the correct link and deposit it on your server.
