You need to know something he did that would get him in trouble with your parents. When he starts to get on your nerves, tell him you are gonna tattle on him for what he did if he doesnt stop. If he still keeps bugging you.. deal with it, because if you do REALLY tell on him, you will be a tattle tale, and that is not cool. haha

Ignore him, the more you don't pay attention the more likely he will get bored and will leave you alone.
OR
Be so nice to him that he will want to be nice to you and you will forget he ever got on your nerves.

try being nice. dont spoil your personality by stooping and being mean. if your brother is younger he probably looks up to you and you take it in the wrong way. talk to him openly and let him know that you will have a better relationship with him if he gives you some space.
