Something may be taking them, maybe the momma is moving them to a different place too, some cats like privacy when they have little ones and want a safe unknown place. Watch the momma, does she go anywhere else? Follow her if she does and she may lead you to the kittens.

Since your cat is UNSPAYED and has given birth (like there aren't already enought homeless animals in the world, and now you've added to that number) how come your cat and her kittens aren't kept inside of your house where they will be safe? So far you've lost 2 kittens and have no idea what's happened to them...what's going to happen if you lose the mother cat? What if a dog gets her or a car hits her? Then what will you do for her 2 remaining kittens? Stop wasting your time contemplating on what happened to the 2 kittens that are gone and spend your time moving the mother and her remaining 2 kittens inside where they are safe and prevent anything from happening to them!!

Why are you letting your cat get out and get pregnant anyway...and then keeping the cat outside to where the kittens are disappearing? How much more irresponsible can you actually get in this scenereo?
Raccoons, stray cats or dogs, or coyote could be eating them. They could run out into the street and be killed. Teens or messed up adults in your area could be getting them to torture. Pitbull fighters could pick them up to use as bait. A neighbor own a snake? Might be snake food.
Suppose yer thinking is that its "inhumane to keep a cat inside" Hmm...look at all that up there and tell me which is more humane?

You can hav a very loving mother and she can still eat her kittens. If they are old enough I would suggest taking the others away from her and see what happens. If she comes looking for them, give them back. If she doesn't, you have your answer. By the way, is this her first or second litter?

Cats and kittens need to be kept indoors! Especially defenceless kittens. Leaving cats outdoors is just asking for trouble. Not only can dogs and other animals kill the cat and kitties they can also be run over by cars and killed. There are too many sickos out there who love to abuse animals too! Cats that are kept inside live longer than outdoor cats.

If there is something wrong with the kittens the mother will get rid of them herself, I now it sounds disgusting but she will either eat them or take them somewhere to die...or else a predator got to them it they are outside. Bring them indoors if you can, just until the kittens are old enough to go outdoors and be less of the target for predators.good luck with the kittens

Are you allowing the kittens outside? If so, perhaps you should keep them inside, as they may be getting lost. I doubt a cat is eating them, though they may be getting in a fight with another cat and getting killed as they are still small!

First of all, where do you keep your cat? how come they disappear? you should probably put them inside your house, specially when they are still young, if your cat is in the garden or yard, check your neighbor, your kittens probably strayed.
