i need something that can ridicule failure. as if failure is not something to be ashamed of... that failure is all right. i just need something funny to cheer up a friend.

Its not really a joke, but if you google "failure" Somthing about the president will pop up!!

if she's trying to quit smoking and can't, you could say something like that's right your no quitter. that way her failure is o.k.
