Computer monitor expanze it's size, do i need another monitor please advise .......or how can i fix it .. thanks

If you mean that the picture is "ballooning" that's a sign that the monitor is getting ready to fail. Unless you know how to perform electronic repairs it's time to either buy a new one or take it to a shop if that turns out to be more economical. Buying a new one is probably the best bet.
If you do know how to repair electronic equipment it could be something a simple as a cold solder joint that is causing a connection to lift away from the circuit board when the monitor warms up.

if it changed its size on its own, it apparently has a width or size problem inside. But 1st, try the menu buttons on the front of the monitor to adjust it properly..thats what theyre there for.Otherwise, glass CRT monitors arent worth repairing anymore, Ive repaired them for 21 years.

if it changes size when the brightness changes, you have a defective power regulator, not really a big deal to fix

Yes, it's getting old and tired, like me!!! Just use it till it poops out then buy another. They were definately not made to last forever.
