Since all P2P programs use ports other than 80, all of them would. If you don't have rights to install such programs, you probably shouldn't. You must have administrator rights (or power user rights in 2000 or XP Professional) to install something that uses ports in a way P2P programs do.

It's not the answer you'd like to hear, but restrictions are usually in place on a user account for a reason.
