I have been going to weight watchers for a while now. I have lost @40lbs. It definitely works IF you follow the program. For me I need the accountability of the weigh in. I know for myself, sometimes I get lazy and don't want to follow the program, but as long as I keep going at least I don't gain the weight back. My advice is stick to it, don't expect results overnight, and remember you are making lifestyle changes, NOT dieting. So make changes you can live with forever. Good luck.

man i tried it i lost weight but went off it because i had acctually had a protein difficiancy i wound up going pretty much completely vegan.
final answer try boca burgers for lunch but make sure you have meat either for supper or breakfast and also a small salad with lunch or supper. bocas count as a veggie a good salad counts as two an apple or two veggies with dinner and your good

here is what i found. Try a different location (or leader) every week. I wasn't losing weight for awhile and it was because of my leader. They didn't motivate me. I now go to one that speaks to a packed room every night.
