For taste--probably ice cream and some spicy fried chicken (peppery, maybe teriyaki, but not buffalo).

For nutrition--Instant Oatmeal (some variety implicit there) and thin crust pizza with extra cheese (get your calcium, your meats, without loading down with carbs).
