You were experiencing hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). If you know this happens when you don't eat something, you know that you need to make eating a priority.
Has your family doctor run a CBC (complete blood count)? That would measure your blood sugar, among other things. Don't jump to the conclusion that it's diabetes or anything else; let your doctor give you a check-up to set your mind at ease, and get your system in order. Good health to you!

Well this could be nothing to worry about but you could have diabetes or something else. You should go to the doctor and explain whats been going on with you. You should keep a pack of nabs (peanut butter crackers) with you in your purse and when you feel dizzy sit down drink water and eat your crackers. Try your best not to skip meals. *~GoOd LuCk~*

hypoglycemia--It is when your sugar levels drop (low blood sugar) , and it can cause you to pass out. You should be eating 5 small meals a day. This condition can turn into diabetes (high blood sugar) as you get older, so it is important that you watch your diet, and eat healthy. I recommend you see your doctor to get a blood test.

you might have low blood sugar, try carrying a candy bar in your pocket or purse to eat if you feel dizzy or strange, and please see a doctor to be tested for diabetes.
