a) Brian will not be neglected. he is from a wealthy family and is an only child
b) Taylor will probably be neglected. he has a single mother who can barely afford to stay alive let alone look after both of them
c) Freddie has a reasonable chance of being neglected. but it depends on what his mother does for a living. if she does long hours, he could be at much risk as Taylor. However because he is the youngest, he will be looked after better than his siblings until about the age of 6.
d) Roger has almost no chance of being neglected. his family is wealthy and he is young. However, if his dad is the only money earner in the family, he will be ignored by his father as a nuisence and a distraction unless it is a very loving family. This will be made up for by his mother and so he will end up being fairly effeminate unless he has 2-3 older brothers who look after him.
this is just a guess, but it shouldn't be too far wrong.

Roger.
You said neglect - not abuse. Unfortunately, neglect can increase with the increase of children in the home. In your example: Five siblings leaves the family income at $10,000 per child, with Roger as the 6th, and this is not including everyday expense so the family budget is extremely poor.

Brian needs siblings or parental involvement.
Taylor has a great mom.
Freddie has a great mom.
(I love the single moms! They're heroes!)
Roger's parents need more money with all those kids. He's most at risk, in my eyes.

i would say that freddie would be, this is only from this set of factors, but freddie is becuase there is a single parent house hold, which isnt bad thing but it is on the list of factors, not to mention that perchild there is a lot less money.

B, the mom doesn't make much money and he doesn't even have any other children to play with. she is probably either gone or really busy all the time trying to support him.

B. reason is because mom is out trying to make more money to live off of in order to raise her son so she is never home.

d...both parents working with too many kids (you did not mention what type of neglect, emotional or physical) so I'm assuming emotional.
