If you haven't hit puberty, wait. If you have, you're s.o.l.

Milk will not make you grow. That is just a myth perpetuated by the dairy industry. Nevertheless, there is nothing you can just take to grow. My son is 14 and is not yet 5'0. We consulted a pediatric endocrinologist, and had a growth hormone test done. His body does not properly produce enough growth hormone. Now he takes injections of growth hormone and is growing very well. Talk to your parents about taking you to the doctor. You have a limited amount of time to take care of this problem. If you don't start growth hormone soon, it will be too late. Then, you will just need to learn to live with your height.

Sorry, your height was genetically determine when you were born.
5'1" is really good by age 14.
The only thing you can do eat right. Eat your 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day that will help you achieve your maximum growth potential.

Chill out! You're only 14. Everyone grows at different rates. I would not be worried about it unless your parents are short. My mom is short and I'm only 5'2"...and I'm 27. But I am female. Nothing wrong with being short. Especially when you're only 14. When you hit 18 and you're still short...then you can worry about it.

Have your parents take you to the doctor. There are growth hormones that are safe, but there is only a short window of opportunity. They have to be taken before your growth plates close. But remember, their are alot of sexy short men.

Ask your doc what your final height is likely to be. If s/he says a number too low for you, ask about getting a few human growth hormone shots.
