I dont know what classes to take..DO you guys know anything that is cardiovascular and is well rounded...what things should i do..only run on trendmill

Swimming is excellent cardiovascular as well as relaxing, a good toning workout too, and good for breathing as well as elongating and giving a beautiful figure. It is a bit of a hassle, always having to wash that chlorine and your hair though, but I do believe it's the best. It's been recommended by many trainers and doctors.

Pick up a aerobic class schedule, they will have a variety of classes, and you will find some you enjoy, any more there are all kinds of them and fun ones too, you'll have a great time!
If you want to learn the weights, talk with a trainer and let them know what you want to do. Most of the time they will give you a free one, be sure and ask at the front desk when you pick up the schedule about the trainers. Ask for a woman, as they train much different than the men, and they'll be better suited for you. Be sure to ask about the fee and if the first visit is free.
