I want to be visisted by a deceased person, how do I go about doing this?

someone I know died last summer, and I really want to be visited by them. Sounds crazy but I never got to say goodbye.

It doesnpt sound crazy. My dad died 4 years ago and I want to be visited by him. Sometimes you will see them in a dream, and it will seem sooo real. Sometimes things happen and you know it could only be caused by that person. Just wait.

It will probably be difficult. A seance is one way, but if their soul has 'crossed over' to wherever it's headed, it is highly unlikely you will be able to have any contact. You can try getting an EVP if you think there may be a particular place that they would be lingering (Electronic voice phenomenon). You take a tape recorder and ask questions, and give a good long pause, as it may take them time to answer. You may have to try several times before getting anything, if at all. The recorder picks up voices that your hearing will not. I do wish you lots of luck. I know how painful it can be. I lost someone who was at one point very dear to me, but he became mentally ill and we lost touch, so to speak. He died very tragically, and I still have guilt and regret, though it has been two years. The links below may be able to help you out.

there was a very good book covering this very aspect and i used it with limited results. i have heard others try it with much better results but this scientist did a study on the oracle system of many major systems like the oracle of delphi and others and developed a system that gives you contact with a deceased loved one. it may or may not work. but the reasoning and techniques described in this are very often used by others like spirit mediums to develop thier skills so it does have merit.

It won't be the same, but I once heard on a talk show to keep saying the person's name as you drift off to sleep. Keep trying if it doesn't work at first.

I don't think you're a freak. Shoot, I'd love to meet my older sister, who I never met before. She passed from preemie birth.

Pray for the repose of their soul and offer up your good works and sufferings for their salvation.

The LORD will also hand over the army of Israel to the Philistines."

Now the witch appeaered surprised because she did not expect to actually see samual demons never give people what they really want they decieved to stray people from christ. Don't beleive stories of phycics reaching the dead. but don't worry if the person you talked about was a chrstian you can see them when you get to heaven I'll be praying for you
