It was raining and a guy stopped suddenly to turn and I hit him. I know that I am resposible for his damage, but I was hit by a lady in the back and she hit me so hard that I hit the guy again, we were all in a line I was in the middle, I need to know is she resposible for my car or just the back, because there was obviously more damage when she hit me and made me hit him again. Both her and I 2nd and 3rd cars were issued tickets re weather conditions truck 1st driver was not....please anyone that can help I am from tx and I know nothing about Louisianna law brandy_foster24@yahoo

I know I can ask insurance company but I want the piece of mind now since it is the weekend, I want to know if the lady that rearended me is responsible for just the back end or part of the front too I hit a man and then she hit me and I hit him again, I want to know who is liable for fixing my car I know I have to fix the guy in front of me

What a situation! What it looks like is that you are at fault as is the lady who hit you. Don't worry about who all pays for fixing the guy in front of you because the insurance companies will fight it out. The bottom line is that you were at fault for some part of the accident and your insurance will go up. As far as getting your car fixed, I'm sure you will have to pay something. If you had full coverage you will have to pay the deductible. If you did not have anything except liability, then you will have to wait for the insurance companies to sort out how much was your fault and how much was the lady's fault. There is no way to know now because someone is going to have to sit down and figure out how much damage was caused by which collision. Sorry!

the last car that hit a car in front of them is at fault.! If you have a witness that when you hit the guy in front of you their was minimal damage. And that it wasn't until the lady in back of you that hit ou and forced yourcar into the truck in front of you that really caused thr most damage.

Report it to your car insurance company or agent. They can handle the situation for you.
If you have a lawyer, you might want to call them too so they can handle the case so you do not have to show up in LA court.
