i've liked him 4 the entire time; ever since we met i felt like he could be the one for me.. ok well idkk if this matters but we r of different races - one is black and one is white... just put it tht wayy. will tht be a problem?

immediately begin giving subtle hints to send the impression that you like him that way, and start with the smallest kind of hints you can think of. gradually increase the frequency and obviousness of your hints over the next 2 - 3 months, till he either sends you a clear signal he's not interested, or allows your advances to continue into a relationship. If he reciprocates your advances with advances of his own, it is very likely that a strong bond will develop, and you can accelerate your advances.

Having said that, some people prefer that others just come right out and say it clearly and unmistakenly, but this forces a judgemental decision that often turns bad. If he asks you a direct question, such as "do you like me that way?" answer directly, truthfully and thoughtfully, making your intentions as clear as possible.
